Hong Kong stocks continued to fall, with the Hang Seng Tech Index extending its losses to 2%. After initially surging 2% in early trading, the Hang Seng Index was now down 1.91%. Xpeng Motors-W, Bilibili-W, and Alibaba Health fell over 4%.
