Tesla and Nvidia led the gains of the seven largest U.S. stocks on Friday. If the gains continue, the equally weighted large-cap tech index will end a six-session decline. Tesla shares rose as much as 3.9% on Friday, on track to end their longest losing streak since November. Meanwhile, Nvidia rose 1.3% after falling 8.5% the day before, its biggest one-day drop in a month. Among other stocks, Meta and Amazon rose about 0.3%, Alphabet was essentially flat, while Apple and Microsoft fell less than 1%. The Bloomberg Seven Index has fallen about 13% from its December high, exceeding the retracement line of 10%.
