Taiji Industrial announced that its holding subsidiary, Haitai Semiconductor, plans to sign the "Fourth Phase Post-Process Service Contract" with SK Hynix. The contract performance period is from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030. Haitai Semiconductor will provide semiconductor post-process services to SK Hynix in accordance with the profit model of "full cost + agreed profit". The signing of this contract constitutes a related transaction, but does not constitute a major asset reorganization. The signing of the contract is conducive to the development of the company's semiconductor business and will provide the company with stable and relatively good profits and cash flow in the next five years.
