Synopsys said it received a notice from the Bureau of Industry and Security of the U.S. Department of Commerce on July 2 stating that export restrictions related to China have been lifted, effective immediately. Synopsys is working to resume sales of recently restricted products in China and will continue to evaluate the impact of export restrictions related to China on its business, operating results and finances. At the same time, Chinese semiconductor companies and China Business Network confirmed that they had received relevant notices from overseas EDA companies.
