Synopsys receives all required approvals for acquisition of Ansys

On July 15, Synopsys announced that its proposed acquisition of Ansys has received all required regulatory approvals. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of remaining customary closing conditions, the two parties expect to complete the transaction on or around July 17, 2025 (Thursday).
