Sunwoda: Wholly-owned subsidiary plans to invest in Positec with Rockets Capital

Sunwoda announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Xinwei intends to sign a partnership agreement with Rockets Capital to jointly invest in Rockets Capital Mars LP.

The partnership intends to subscribe a maximum total investment of US$25 million. Among them, Hong Kong Xinwei intends to subscribe no more than US$6.75 million.

The partnership will invest all its capital in Positec Inc., a company dedicated to the electrification and robotization of tools and with international high-end brands.
