Video streaming giant Netflix boosted sales and profits significantly last quarter. Revenues increased 12.5% to $10.5 billion compared to the same period last year. Quarterly profits jumped 24% to $2.89 billion. Netflix uses artificial intelligence in its production process, especially to achieve cheaper special effects.
