Stellantis and Leapmotor announce the upcoming launch of the local assembly project in Malaysia

On April 18, Stellantis Group and Leapmotor announced that the two parties will soon launch a localized assembly project in Malaysia, which will be based on Stellantis Group's existing Gurun plant in Kedah, Malaysia. The initial investment in the project is 5 million euros (about 24 million ringgits), and it is planned to start localized production of the first Leapmotor model C10 by the end of 2025.
