Siemens to acquire life sciences R&D software company Dotmatics for $5.1 billion

On April 2, local time, Siemens announced that it would spend US$5.1 billion to acquire life science R&D software company Dotmatics, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of fiscal 2026.
