Siemens says U.S. has lifted export restrictions on chip design software to China

CGTN reporters learned on July 2 local time that Germany's Siemens AG received a notice from the US government that the US has lifted export restrictions on chip design software to China. According to a company statement, the German supplier has restored full access to its software and technology for Chinese customers.
