Siemens completes acquisition of ebm-papst's industrial drive technology business

According to Siemens on July 7, ebm-papst first announced in March 2024 that it intended to sell its Industrial Drive Technology (IDT) division to Siemens AG and signed an agreement. At present, the transaction has been officially completed. In the future, the business will be marketed under the name "Mechatronic Systems" under Siemens, and the product portfolio will include ultra-low voltage intelligent integrated mechatronic systems.
