Shoucheng Holdings: Beijing Robot Fund makes additional investment in Xinghaitu Company

Shoucheng Holdings announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the Beijing Robot Industry Development Investment Fund (Limited Partnership), managed by a subsidiary of the group's Shoucheng Capital, recently invested in Xinghaitu (Beijing) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. This investment is an additional investment following the investment in March 2025.
