The intelligent computing base is constantly consolidated, and a city-wide intelligent computing resource coordination and dispatching service platform is built to better meet the computing power needs of various innovative entities. It is expected that by the end of this year, the city's intelligent computing supply capacity will exceed 100EFlops. Corpus data is accelerating to gather, and the first professional corpus operation platform in the country has been established. The "crowdsourcing, crowd creation, and crowdfunding" mechanism is explored, and the finished corpus exceeds 1,800TB. Five pioneering standards such as the "Corpus Construction Guidelines" have been released. The basic large model has made iterative breakthroughs to form a "1+3" open source and commercial parallel system. Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Xiyu Technology, Step Star, and SenseTime focus on open source, AI Agent, and multimodality to accelerate commercialization.
