Zhang Ying, deputy secretary-general of Shanghai, said that it is necessary to strengthen the connection between supply and demand and deepen the layout of new AI application scenarios. We will increase the opening of comprehensive scenarios, collect more than 50 city-level demonstration scenarios from the whole city, and provide training grounds and test fields for the development, implementation, iteration and promotion of vertical applications; especially focus on key areas, build a financial large model application base, release a medical AI work plan, launch the "Shanghai Xiaoyou" intelligent body to provide personalized services, develop a quantum city large model to deepen governance applications, etc. Actively build a supply and demand connection platform, hold weekly training sessions on "molding Shanghai City" uninterruptedly, and invite industry experts to guide the construction of corporate AI+ projects. Especially in the main battlefield of AI empowering new industrialization, we are accelerating the formulation of the "AI+Manufacturing" action plan, focusing on 10 manufacturing directions such as electronic information, automobiles, shipbuilding and marine engineering, and aerospace, and systematically create complex scenarios, intelligent products and benchmark factories.
