It proposes building a new landscape for strategic emerging industries. The country has included the low-altitude economy in the key strategic emerging industry development areas, focusing on core areas such as drones and electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The plan aims to further advance technological breakthroughs and industrial applications, accelerating the formation of a trillion-yuan market. Our province has resolutely implemented national strategic plans and formulated and issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for High-Quality Development of the Low-Altitude Economy (2025-2027)." This plan prioritizes drone manufacturing and air logistics as key development areas, and proposes the establishment of a trillion-yuan low-altitude economic industrial cluster by 2027, focusing on building a "two-core, multiple-point" industrial development landscape.
