SASAC: Incorporate brand value into the performance evaluation of central enterprise leaders
According to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on July 4, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council recently issued the "Opinions on High-quality Promotion of Brand Building by Central Enterprises in the New Era", proposing that the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council strengthen the guidance and positive incentives of brand value assessment, build a large artificial intelligence model for brand value evaluation of central enterprises, strengthen target management, and make brand value enhancement measurable, achievable, fruitful, and time-limited. Incorporate brand value into the performance assessment of the heads of central enterprises. Central enterprises should establish a long-term brand assessment and supervision mechanism, strengthen the sense of responsibility for brand building, formulate a brand work evaluation system, incorporate brand building into the enterprise assessment system, and promote the long-term development of brands; strengthen the incentive mechanism, give appropriate incentives to enterprises and personnel who have made outstanding achievements in improving brand value, and enhance the professionalism and sense of honor of all employees in participating in brand building.
