Lu Zhipeng said that DeepSeek has become popular this year, making models equal and artificial intelligence entering enterprises and society. A batch of DeepSeek all-in-one machines have been launched on the market. Some companies think that deploying the DeepSeek model on the server is an all-in-one machine, which can be used out of the box. As a result, after purchasing, customers found that it did not achieve the effect in the manual, which caused legal disputes. Lu Zhipeng said that his team sorted out the business logic of six high-quality data constructions, including scenario demand analysis and data resource investigation, data collection and governance, domain high-quality data set construction, domain knowledge base construction, model fine-tuning and training, and model application, and finally formed an all-in-one machine solution. After deployment and scenario-based fine-tuning, the model answering logic and fluency have been improved. In addition, data governance based on data components eliminates the concerns of enterprise departments about not sharing data, breaks data silos, and supports enterprise digital transformation.
