The total fund size is 2 billion yuan, with an initial size of 500 million yuan. It is a state-owned venture capital fund that focuses on the seed round stage and invests in innovative talents and cutting-edge technologies. Through the friendly and flexible investment mechanism of the seed fund, the fund is expected to help solve the survival problem of the start-up team, realize the "gathering" of industrial clusters, and form an innovative and entrepreneurial atmosphere of "daring to start a business and loving to start a business", thereby accelerating the transformation of basic research and source innovation in artificial intelligence in Pudong, and helping to build a world-leading vertical model ecological agglomeration area.
