Polestar Auto and Meizu terminate their business cooperation in China
Polestar Automotive recently announced that it has signed a termination framework agreement with StarJi Meizu, deciding to terminate the business operations of the joint venture Polestar Technology and transfer the distribution rights to Polestar. According to the terms of the agreement, the joint venture will be responsible for paying off all outstanding financial obligations and remaining debts to business partners (including external investors) before ceasing operations. In addition, the agreement also includes a clause to transfer part of the joint venture's digital and other assets at a fair price agreed upon by the two parties to ensure that Polestar can resume sales, customer service and distribution business in the Chinese market.
