OpenAI countersues Musk, accusing him of harassment

On April 9, local time, the Open AI Research Center (OpenAI) filed a countersuit against Musk, accusing Musk of harassment and asking a federal judge to prevent Musk from taking any further illegal and unfair actions against OpenAI, including attacks and malicious propaganda through the media. Previously, Musk filed a lawsuit against OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman, accusing OpenAI of initially inviting Musk to fund a nonprofit AI research organization dedicated to benefiting humanity, but now focusing on profit.
