OSL owner completes acquisition of Japanese crypto asset exchange CoinBest

OSL Group (0863.HK), the owner of Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency trading platform OSL, has completed its acquisition of Japanese licensed crypto asset trading platform CoinBest.

OSL Group announced earlier Monday that the conditions precedent under a share pPurchase agreement relating to the acquisition of CoinBest have been fulfilled, and the acquisition was completed on January 17, 2025.

Upon completion of the acquisition, CoinBest became an indirect subsidiary of OSL Group.
