OPPO responds to Apple's lawsuit against its employees for stealing secrets: "We have not violated Apple's trade secrets and believe that a fair judicial trial will clarify the facts."
According to foreign media reports, Apple recently filed a lawsuit in the Northern District of California federal court, accusing a former Chinese-American architect of the Apple Watch sensor system of systematically stealing a series of core trade secrets before leaving the company and joining OPPO, where he provided this information to OPPO to develop wearable devices. In response to this, OPPO's legal department stated: "We have noted Apple's recent lawsuit filed in California and have carefully reviewed the allegations in Apple's complaint. We have found no facts that link these allegations to the employee's conduct during his employment at OPPO. OPPO respects the trade secrets of any company, including Apple, and has not infringed on Apple's trade secrets. OPPO will actively cooperate with the legal process and believes that a fair judicial hearing will clarify the facts."
