Nintendo's first-quarter net profit was 96.03 billion yen, up 19% year-on-year

Nintendo's net sales in the first quarter were 572.36 billion yen, compared with 246.64 billion yen in the same period last year, and an estimated 489.75 billion yen; operating profit was 56.93 billion yen, a year-on-year increase of 4.4%, and an estimated 54.77 billion yen; net profit was 96.03 billion yen, a year-on-year increase of 19%, and an estimated 58.07 billion yen.
