China's Neta Auto plans to raise at least 4 billion yuan (about $547 million).
A market source said Monday that Hozon New Energy Automobile, owner of the Neta auto brand, is holding a shareholder communication meeting in 2025 to reveal its ongoing Series E financing plan.
The Chinese EV maker plans to raise around 4 billion to 4.5 billion yuan, with the lead investor contributing around 3 billion yuan.
Additionally, Hozon New Energy Automobile showed its shareholders a blueprint for operational development over the next three years.
