Neta Auto responded that the direct-sale stores are in the adjustment stage, with some stores closed and some operating normally.

Recently, Neta Auto users across China said that they had received news of the closure of local direct-sale stores.

For example, in Suzhou, Chongqing and other places, according to the notice issued by local direct-sale service managers, the local direct-sale stores were closed due to the company's business strategy, and their teams can no longer serve users.

According to the resigned employees of Neta Auto's direct-sale stores, Neta Auto has made major adjustments to the channel system, and direct-sale stores across the country will be closed one after another, leaving only dealer stores to reduce channel operating costs.

In response to this matter, Neta Auto's customer service said that the news is true and Neta Auto has indeed adjusted its business model.

Regarding the after-sales service issues of car owners, the customer service said that the closure of direct-sale stores will not affect car owners' service, and authorized Neta Auto stores can perform repairs and maintenance.
