The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will work with the General Administration of Sport to support manufacturers, universities, research institutes, and user organizations in jointly conducting technical research and application of sports equipment, and continuously enhance product supply capabilities. It will also expand new consumption scenarios, promote the integration and innovation of sports equipment with new technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and virtual reality, accelerate the development of intelligent and green sports equipment, and explore new models of immersive experiences. It will guide the industry in developing sports equipment with Chinese cultural elements, continuously enriching and expanding the use of mass sports, and encouraging more user groups to enjoy and persist in sports.
