Meituan’s new anti-fatigue policy is being piloted in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Fujian: employees who spend more than 12 hours a day on orders are forced to leave the site

Based on the anti-fatigue pilot projects in Sichuan, Guangxi, Zhejiang and other regions, Meituan launched a new round of pilot projects in the East China region starting in November this year. Compared with the previous ones, this pilot added a new strategy of "receiving reminders if the order is taken for more than 8 hours, and being forced to go offline if the order is taken for 12 hours". This round of pilot projects started in Huzhou and Lishui, Zhejiang on November 12, and covered Zhejiang on December 10, and further covered the four provinces and cities in East China (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Fujian) on December 17. During the pilot period, the average daily running time of normal riders in the four provinces and cities was 5-6 hours. Only 0.18% of riders triggered the rest clause by running orders continuously, which is a very small number of extreme cases.
