Today, at the 2024 Meituan Robotics Research Institute Academic Annual Meeting, Mao Yinian, Vice President of Meituan and Chairman of Meituan Robotics Research Institute, said that recently, Meituan's drone business department obtained the first drone delivery license overseas for the first time, in Dubai, marking that Meituan's drones are truly moving towards global operations. He said that Meituan's drones have opened 53 routes and completed more than 400,000 orders, playing a role in scenarios such as instant retail and medical delivery.
