Luxshare Precision: Controlling shareholder Luxshare Limited releases pledge of 68 million shares

Luxshare Precision announced that the 68 million shares of the company pledged by the controlling shareholder Luxshare Limited at the Shenzhen Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. have been released from pledge, accounting for 2.49% of its shares and 0.94% of the company's total share capital. As of April 2, 2025, the relevant shares have completed the registration procedures for the release of pledge at the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd.
