On February 14, MOSFET manufacturer Rexroth Technology announced that the patent infringement lawsuit filed against ASUS was heard by the US court. Rexroth won the case and ASUS should pay compensation of US$10.5 million. In response, ASUS said that the company used the product technology of the supplier, and the supplier will bear the relevant rights and responsibilities. The supplier will appeal through legal procedures to protect the company's rights and interests.
