The mobilization meeting for the construction of the Jiaojiluoping section of the Huhan High-speed Railway and the groundbreaking ceremony for the third and fourth phases of the Ningde Times Luoyang New Energy Battery Industrial Base were held at the same time. This marks that the construction of major transportation infrastructure and the development of the wind outlet industry that are related to the overall construction of modern Luoyang have made new progress and breakthroughs, which will further enhance Luoyang's urban carrying capacity, cohesion and competitiveness. It is reported that the city plans to implement a total of 84 provincial key projects this year, with a total investment of 258 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 49 billion yuan. There are 27 concentrated start-up projects with a total investment of 82.2 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 16 billion yuan.
