Recently, Lingyi Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lingyi Robotics"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lingyi Intelligent Manufacturing, and the Shenzhen Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics ("AIRS") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties, utilizing a "hardware foundation + algorithm empowerment" model, will collaborate on embodied intelligence and core robotics technologies, accelerating the maturity and implementation of humanoid robotics technology. According to the agreement, the two parties will collaborate around four core areas, establishing a comprehensive collaboration system spanning technology R&D, application implementation, and standard setting.
