On the evening of August 5th, Li Xiang, CEO of Ideal Auto, released a video on Douyin (TikTok) addressing the core question of why the Ideal i8 had unified configurations—primarily due to user demand. He also revealed that the Ideal i8 has received over 30,000 small orders. According to reports, the Ideal i8's original Pro, Max, and Ultra versions were unified into a single MAX configuration, with a few optional features added, for a final price of 339,800 yuan.
