Kioxia announces the development of a new generation of NAND flash memory that can increase data transfer speed by 30%

On February 20, Japan's Kioxia Holdings announced the development of a new generation of NAND flash memory, with 332 layers, representing performance, an increase from the previous 218 layers. The data transmission speed is increased by 33%, and the power efficiency when reading data is also improved. Kioxia will produce this product in Japan in the future, but the specific time has not yet been determined.
