Jinkai New Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jinkai New Energy Yiwu Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and Wuwen Xinqiong (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., signed an "Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Technology Service Contract" on January 27, 2025. Under the contract, Jinkai Yiwu will provide Wuwen Xinqiong with intelligent computing power and supporting bandwidth, storage, security, and IT operations services. The contract will be delivered in two phases. The total lease amount for the first phase is RMB 69.12 million (tax inclusive), with a service term of 12 months. The deployment and performance testing of the high-performance computing server cluster have been successfully completed, and the overall delivery of the first phase computing cluster has recently been completed, entering the scheduled operational service phase.
