Jinghe Integrated Circuit (JIC) announced that Powerchip Ventures, a shareholder holding over 5% of the company's shares, intends to transfer 120 million shares (representing 6.00% of the company's total share capital) to Huaqin Technology at a price of RMB 19.88 per share. Prior to this equity transfer, Powerchip Ventures held 383 million shares, representing 19.08% of the company's total share capital, while Huaqin Technology held no shares. Following this equity transfer, Powerchip Ventures holds 262 million shares, representing 13.08% of the company's total share capital, while Huaqin Technology holds 120 million shares, representing 6.00% of the company's total share capital. Huaqin Technology has pledged to use the Jinghe Integrated Circuit shares acquired through this agreement for long-term investment purposes and will not transfer them to any third party within 36 months of the closing date.
