Intel is actively promoting the follow-up development of its Battlemage GPU and plans to launch new processors in the Chinese market, a report said.
According to a report by Chinese website Quantum Bits, the Arc series of graphics cards, based on the Battlemage architecture, will usher in a major upgrade, with memory capacity doubled and a 24GB version expected to be launched, primarily for the productivity market.
Although the source of the news is internal, combined with previous reports on subsequent GPUs such as Alchemist, Celestial and Druid, it can be seen that Intel has planned a complete upgrade route for the GPU product line.
And the success of Battlemage has also laid a solid foundation for the development of subsequent versions.
