Intel Capital to Spin Off into Independent Fund

On January 14, local time, Intel announced that it would spin off its global venture capital arm, Intel Capital, into an independent fund, which is expected to begin independent operations in the second half of 2025. Intel Capital's assets under management exceed US$5 billion.
