South Korea's Hyundai Motor is about to begin production of all-solid-state batteries and plans to put them into the electric vehicle market, according to Electrek.

Industry sources said Hyundai's all-solid-state battery demonstration production line is almost complete, with only the logistics automation part remaining to be improved.

The company aims to start testing electric vehicles with all-solid-state batteries in 2025 and begin mass production by 2030.
