Hong Kong stocks opened: Hang Seng Index opened 1.17% higher, Hang Seng Tech Index opened 1.84% higher

At the Hong Kong stock market opening, the Hang Seng Index opened 1.17% higher, and the Hang Seng Tech Index rose 1.84%. Weimob Group opened 8% higher, as the company plans to collaborate with TikTok. Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL) opened 2.8% higher, reporting a 41% year-on-year increase in third-quarter net profit of 18.5 billion yuan.

                                    Southbound funds saw a significant net inflow of 5.345 billion yuan today. On the Shanghai side of the Hong Kong Stock Connect, Pop Mart and CNOOC saw net inflows of HK$538 million and HK$529 million, respectively, while Hua Hong Semiconductor saw the largest net inflow of HK$356 million. On the Shenzhen side of the Hong Kong Stock Connect, Meituan-W and CNOOC saw net inflows of HK$487 million and HK$451 million, respectively, while Hua Hong Semiconductor saw the largest net inflow of HK$659 million.
