Hong Kong stocks closed: Hang Seng Index rose 1.60% and Alibaba surged nearly 7%

At the close of Hong Kong stocks, the Hang Seng Index rose 1.60%, and the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 2.80%. The Hong Kong Stock Technology ETF (159751) rose 1.93%, and the Hang Seng Hong Kong Stock Connect ETF (159318) rose 0.91%. Alibaba rose nearly 7%, Bilibili rose more than 7%, and Meituan and Kuaishou rose more than 4%.
