At the close of Hong Kong stocks at noon, the Hang Seng Index rose 0.25%, and the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 0.07%. Yunnan Construction Investment Concrete rose about 80%, China Longgong rose more than 32%, and CATL rose about 3%, setting a new high.
