At the midday close of Hong Kong stocks, the Hang Seng Index rose 0.62%, and the Hang Seng Tech Index rose 0.82%. The Hong Kong Tech ETF (159751) rose 1.16%, and the Hang Seng Hong Kong Stock Connect ETF (159318) rose 0.59%. Among sectors, biotechnology and aerospace & defense saw the largest gains. Among individual stocks, Horizon Robotics-W rose 7.79%, Kelun Biotech-B rose 5.51%, Zijin Mining rose 5.25%, Sino Biopharmaceutical rose 5.24%, WuXi Biologics rose 4.65%, Akeso Biopharmaceuticals rose 4.14%, and SMIC rose 4.02%. Uni-President Enterprises China fell 3.23%, Crown Watch & Jewelry fell 3.28%, Mobvista rose 12.9%, and China New Aviation rose 12.38%.
