Hesai Technology's Hong Kong IPO has been registered with the China Securities Regulatory Commission

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a registration notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing of Hesai Group (Hesai Technology). The company plans to issue no more than 51,236,200 overseas listed common shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
