Hesai Group launches global offering, with Hong Kong offering price reaching HK$228 per share

On September 6, Hesai Technology launched a global offering of 17 million Class B shares, with a dual primary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 2525. The Hong Kong offering price was capped at HK$228 per share, or US$29.04. The company has signed cornerstone investment agreements with HHLR Advisors (a subsidiary of Hillhouse Group), Taikang Life Insurance, WT Asset Management, Grab, Hongda Group, and Commando Global Fund.
