He Xiaopeng, deputy to the 14th National People's Congress and chairman and CEO of Xpeng Motors, submitted four suggestions to the two sessions of the National People's Congress, including: promoting support for the accelerated commercialization and popularization of highly intelligent humanoid robots, referring to the experience of the initial market cultivation of the new energy vehicle industry, and formulating a "L3-level general humanoid robot sales subsidy policy" for the sales of highly intelligent L3-level general humanoid robots to corporate users and individual consumers; promoting low-speed unmanned driving in parking lots to achieve unmanned parking and retrieval capabilities, and allowing unmanned low-speed parking and retrieval capabilities in parking lots to be evaluated and tested when the vehicle's hardware and software are available and the cloud can be safely supervised; promoting the development of smart driving insurance business, and relevant competent departments accelerating the revision of the Road Traffic Safety Law to clarify the division of accident responsibilities for smart driving cars of different levels, and issuing industry standards and technical guidelines for smart driving insurance, while encouraging automakers and insurance companies to jointly develop insurance products adapted to smart driving; accelerating the construction of an eVTOL aircraft pilot qualification certification management system, formulating training requirements for traditional aircraft pilots to switch to new eVTOL aircraft, improving the identification standards for eVTOL simulators and trainers, and introducing advanced technologies to improve training results.
