Google has launched two new services for Microsoft 365 users to address the needs of Microsoft during service outages. One of the new services automatically synchronizes email and files, allowing businesses using Microsoft products to instantly switch to Gmail and Drive to continue working in the event of a Microsoft 365 outage. The other is a complete migration solution that integrates identity management tools from partners such as Okta and JumpCloud to help businesses fully transition to the Google ecosystem. Google says the new solution aims to address Microsoft's architectural vulnerabilities and provide a more stable AI-powered workplace infrastructure.
