Google was fined about $12 million in Indonesia for monopolistic practices.

Indonesia's antitrust watchdog KPPU said in a statement on Wednesday that it has fined Google 202.5 billion rupiah (about $12.4 million) for monopolistic practices in Google Play.

According to the statement, Google required apps to use its Google Play billing system, which violated Indonesia's antitrust law.
