During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, urban renewal is expected to continue to intensify. A new round of global industrial transfer has begun, with Southeast Asia being the largest beneficiary. Accelerated industrialization will drive rising demand for infrastructure. AI and BIM are facilitating the digital transformation of construction, while construction robots are promoting industrialization. Four key areas are recommended for seizing investment opportunities in the construction industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. First, major projects will support stable growth. With the frequent release of favorable policies, urban renewal is being accelerated. Second, we recommend overseas expansion, high dividend yields, mergers and acquisitions, and market value management assessments. Third, low-altitude economy, robotics, and computing power projects have promising growth potential. Fourth, Xinjiang coal chemical industry, nuclear power projects, and clean room projects, which have a favorable supply and demand structure, are recommended.
