It has not only made breakthroughs in air connections and urban commuting, but also pioneered inter-city flights, cross-border flights and even eVTOL cross-city and cross-bay flights. Thousands of meters of airspace, trillion-dollar market, vast blue ocean, and the "air map" is accelerating. 2024 is known as the "first year of low-altitude economy". This year, low-altitude economy was written into the "Government Work Report" of the State Council for the first time. Guangdong Province has clearly proposed to support cities such as Shenzhen to build a comprehensive demonstration zone for the general aviation industry and create a highland for the low-altitude economy industry in the Greater Bay Area. According to statistics from the Shenzhen UAV Industry Association, Shenzhen has gathered more than 1,700 low-altitude economic industry chain companies, including drone R&D and manufacturing companies such as DJI Innovations and Daotong Aviation, and low-altitude application companies such as Fengyi Technology, Meituan UAV, Eastern General Aviation, and CITIC Haizhi. At the same time, it has many R&D institutions and has formed a complete low-altitude economic industry chain integrating drone R&D, manufacturing, application, and services. The number of related companies ranks first in the country.
